Cultural Routes is a programme designed to champion and support artists and creative practitioners over 50 years of age, through the medium of dance.
Working with lead dance artist, Ruth Jones, two local creatives will receive mentoring as well as designing and developing the creative workshops.
Using the borough’s rich collections our creative practitioners and lead artist will work together to choreograph a new piece of dance made collaboratively with over 50’s from Rochdale Borough.
The final outcomes will be performed at Manchester Central Library and Touchstones Rochdale in May 2020.
